I have a 2001 Supercrew. When I first got it I had an antenna installed for my scanner/2-way radio. They mounted the antenna right next to the radio antenna. Now the antenna has broken off. In order to replace it I need to get the plastic cover off that is against the firewall and extends over the windshield wipers. It looks like it is held on by 5 clips, 2 screws on the drivers side and 2 plastic fasteners on both sides. Everything comes off easily EXCEPT the stupid plastic fasteners. What is the trick to get these off ???
