dvd screen modification

I have a 2002 ford harley davison and have a double din pioneer deck but the truck only hold a din and a half wondering if there is a way to modify it into double din so the dvd deck could fit

Don't be fooled by the big radio in the 04+f150's, they are actually a doubledin and a half. Your 02 is a double and can be fitted with that radio.
