Depends on how much you are wanting to spend. I've got a Cobra 29 NW LTD and I love it.

The best straight cb made now is either a Uniden pc-68 or pc-78....both are excellent radios for the money

I had that one in my Bronco and loved it but sold it with the truck. Gonna go with a more compact one in the F-150.

I got the Cobra 29 WX NW ST, and I love it. It's just really hard to find a place to mount it in the newer F-150's.

The newer Cobra radios are ok but their quality has went way downhill since Uniden quit building Cobra radios back in about 95 or so...For a straight AM cb Uniden is the best. If you want AM and SSB and still want the best you have to buy used for a LEGAL cb. Either a Uniden Grant XL or a Cobra 148GTL made by Dynascan....Same radio. There are alot of choices out there if you want a export or Ham radio...Both are illegal to use on regular CB channels but if you are responsible and careful, you should have no problems
