Purchased a 1999 F150 (only 40K!) but has NO booklet on Radio Settings.

Can anyone help me with the correct way to "save" radio settings?

The only radio settings I am aware of are the presets. Just hold down the button on the station you want until it sets it. As for the rest of the audio settings, there should be a separate bass/treble button and an RDS button (which will scroll through the other options). I am going by memory on this, and it may be different depending which head unit you have in your truck. They are not difficult units though, and you should be able to figure it out by pushing a few buttons.
