Line output converter question

After searching and reading posts for several weeks, I’ve found lots of useful info but still have some questions. First off, I have a ’98 Lariat F-150 Ext. cab w/ premium sound. I want to keep the HU and add 4 new speakers, a sub, and an amp. I bought a 5-ch MTX 895 amp, Polk components for the front and Polk 5x7’s for the back. I’m going to get the LOC by David Navone (NE-774V) and my first question is can I come out of the LOC straight into my MTX amp? Then out of the amp with new speaker wiring straight to the new speakers? (Essentially bypassing the factory amp and factory speaker wiring) My next question is about splitting the rear channel inputs with the subs. Should I split the left and right rear channels (w/RCA “Y” cords) so that the amp’s sub channels get left and right inputs? (The sub is a MTX ThunderForm w/ 2 8” subs wired in parallel)
Thanks.

Didn't realize my questions would be so difficult. I wrote to David Navone about the LOC and he says I should come out of the factory amp into the LOC then into the MTX amp. Sounds interesting, guess I'll try it. But what about the sub; do I need left and right, or just left?
