I would suggest getting an aftermarket CD changer that has a FM modulator. All you do is hook up the antenna to the FM mod. and the FM mod to the antenna input on your head unit. The FM mod. is a little box that you can stash behind your head unit and they are pertty simple to install. They have a red and yellow wire and you splice the red wire to the red wire on the radio's wiring harness and splice the yellow to the yellow(pertty simple lol)...then Run the cable from the FM mod to the cd changer.

then to listen to your cd changer you just tune into the radio station that the FM mod tells you to and presto...you have music.

Dual sells one that cost $99 at Best Buy that I used to have in my truck. It's a red 6cd changer.
