i dunno, who's dual!?! I'd do some research on them first. But I just don't see the point for a 2.5" screen. I mean, if your gonna get a screen, atleast get one of the rollout ones that are 6" or so. To each his own though.... if you like it , go for it. Don't matter what we think! Does look good though, i like the blue lit buttons. Always liked them better than red or green ones.

I did a quick search on them. Jan. of 2005 they are coming out with a navigation unit. I think the article said something about the nav unit working with this headunit your looking at. But what exactly for, i dunno.

Dual is one of those companies I'd (personally) stay away from. Just a few years ago they were making decks that had a spring loaded cd eject - the kind that made the cd's shoot out like a frisbee. Their detachable faces were the cheapo's that when you removed it, the buttons came off, and the LCD stayed with the deck. They used lightbulbs instead of LED's for backlighting, and a few more simple tricks to save money.

Jensen, crunch, audiovox, all made a better product, but this does not seem to be their style!

What's the point of a 2.5" screen for video?

DUAL stuff sux.

I got a DUAL 6cd changer last year for X-mas and it gave a crappy signal and was just..craptacular

If you want something good go with

Sony
Alpine
JL audio
Kenwood

Take it from someone who has no life and is always at work so I can get $$$ for my truck and have spent well over $1,000 in audio/visual crap. Ive seen the good stuff and the knock off junk and DUAL is something that will last awhile and then break.
