NOCDDJ code can't play cd

Help I my radio says NOCDDJ and will not let me insert a cd or anything what can I do /

This message usually comes up because the unit cannot find a cd changer, your truck may not have one. if you continue to have the problem, you may have an internal problem in the head unit.
