well everything went smoothly till I got to the part where i test it all out.

the stock HU powers up and works as it normally would, the skyfi unit powers up and seems to be working like it should. when I press the 'cd' button without a cd in the HU the display reads "no disc"... it dosen't seem to pick up the aux input.

as it says in the instructions that come with the PIE unit, my stock HU has the 'comp' and 'shuffle' buttons on there.

any ideas? (fyi this is a 00' stock HU single disc cd player)
