System complete!
I finally got my stereo all together and working. Not the greatest quality stuff, but it was cheap and still sounds 500% better than stock. Here's what I have so far:
Kenwood 10" sub: $30 from ebay
Jensen LXA400 amp: $27 from ebay
Supercrewsound box: $102.50 shipped
4 Bazooka 5X7 2 way door speakers: $99.90 Circuit City
8-guage amp wiring kit: $19.95
Line-out converter: $14.95
Total Labor: about 5 hrs (Priceless!!!)
Total cost: $294.30
For that price, I am not complaining one bit! I plan to upgrade my components in the future, but for now, I have a loud system that sounds GREAT! I have installed systems in all the vehicles that I have owned over the years, and I have spent up to $1500 for some, but I have to say that this might be the best one yet!
