I know I mentioned this sometime back on someone else's thread asking a question, but does anyone have problems with certian CD's that seem to overheat and the cd player will not recognize anything on the cd, just sits thier and spins? It seems as though PNY and some of the good CD's wont do this, but the cheap ones and colored ones d o this. It should be noted that I have a CD player from 1998 and wasn't designed to recognize CD-R's. Anyone have this problem, and/or would a new Alpine unit solve the problem?
