Design my system!

2. Anything I should do in the install of the HU to make it easier to hook up the sub and amp later?

You could always connect and run your RCA wires, and have them ready. I would tape the ends off so they short and blow a fuse.
Ok, so...The Nakamichi HU arrived very quickly. It is in already, and I'm still waiting on my speakers.
Questions:
I have the HU. I have the speakers selected (Infinity Kappa 5x7s, both front and back). I need to select my sub, amp and EQ. Suggestions?
I'm looking for an 8" sub to put in the Expy console I have on order. I've looked for the Elemental Designs 8", but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
Also, FedExPilot's tutorial of how to install the sub in the console is gone. Can anyone help with that?
Next up, what amp and EQ/crossover would you advise to power this setup? I'm into full and rich, not loud.
Factory wiring...do you think it is worth it to replace? Again...I don't bump.
Also, where the heck is the Amp in the factory premium system? I had no idea that I already had an amp on board...I'm now even less impressed with the 'premium' sound. I take it that I might as well pull that out? or is there some use in keeping it in the new system?
Thanks again, guys.
