hi guys..Im buying my Screw this weekend for sure...I need to know how important a 6 disc changer is because I definitely plan to upgrade the speakers and head unit. If I have a factory 6 disc in dash player...is it going to be a waste since I plan to upgrade the head unit and system?

If its a waste I dont have to make a big deal of it in negotiations...but I *do* want a 6 disc changer. So what Im saying is...if I get single disc now (factory) can I upgrade to 6 disc in dash later with no problem....or is it cheaper to go ahead and get the 6 disc now and just build around it.


any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

Don't get the changer if you are gonna upgrade your head unit to any aftermarket radio other than the mp3 radio ford makes. It want work on any other model radio. Just works on ford radios. Btw I use my six disk cd changer as a paper weight.

 

DON'T GET IT!!!

1. it'll be useless if you change your head unit to anything other than a Ford factory unit.

2. ITS WAY OVERPRICED

3. 6 Discs is nothing compared to a 12 Disc Changer or even better.. an MP3 disc.
