Well i ordered my sub box from them for my SCREW, and they sent me the wrong box. In fact it was a box that someone else was returning because they had sent him the wrong box also. Im still waiting to hear on what to do, but this is going to throw off my install i had planned, because they failed to make sure they got me the right box. They actually sent me the Expedition box Ill keep this post updated to let you know how the rest of my experience goes.

 

Put them in their place...tell them to overnight you the correct box at their cost & pay for shipping the other box back.

Did you send it back yet?
If so did you recieve the correct one yet, and if so have you installed it?

Well i sent it back last thursday(2/27) and he received it today(3/5) Wednesday. Shipping it back to him cost me roughly 27. I emailed andy and he said he sent my box out on friday(2/28), the very next day after i shipped it back to him.

I then waited to hear if he would send me a tracking number and how he intended on reimbursing my shipping cost for sending the box back to him. Well he hasnt sent me an email back yet, which makes me kind of weary. I mean his company isnt huge, in fact its still quite small and you would think with a small clientele he would be able to get back to you the same day. If i dont hear from him by friday i will call him and see whats up.

Well i heard back finally today from Andy. He sent me a check to cover the shipping charges, and told me i would have the box sometime before this next weekend. Im hoping to have it by Thrusday, thats when the truck goes in the shop for install, ill post pics of everything when all is said and done!
