Aftermarket lights for factory holes?

does anyone make a after market driving lamp for the bumpers holes in the 1998 F150/250 4X4's? the 500.00 cdn that the dealer wants is a little hard to take.

Thumbs up

I think your quote of $500 is a bit high even in Canadian dollars. I bought the stock foglight kit from Ford in Vancouver for $300 or so plus tax. This kit comes with the complete wiring harness, switch, relays and instructions. My truck is a '98 XLT and the wiring was already there but I had had aftermarket lights before with their own switch so I used that. Try another dealer for prices, good luck. P.S. the stock lights really finish off the bumper.

46red,
thanks for the reply, mine is a 98 XLT also and the factory wiring for the lights is there and the headlight switch pulls out already so the only thing I am missing is the lights.. I will have to phone around on the mainland I guess as everything is so darn expensive on the island.

stircrazy,

check out my gallery and see what I put in place of stock lights. I did not want to pay the high price for them so I went this route.

dduck gallery?

dduck,
Where's your gallery? I went to the other website and didn't see your user name. I'd like to see what you did because I've been thinking about adding non-factory fog lights too.
