free intake mods

i know on some vehicles u can make some changes to the intake that will safely free up a few hp.... anything i can do with my 4.2L f150?????

If you insist on FREE, you could remove the silencer frominside the fender and open up the end of the air inlet where the Air Filter is.
That should allow more air flow.
