I just ordered this alarm for my truck...I called my local audio shop to see if they could install it for a decent price and they could, however the guy on the phone told me I would need a DB-ALL module for my truck for the remote start system to work?? He wanted $100 dollars for the module....what is the deal with this?

 

Bypasses the ant-theft while the remote start is on. So you don't have to have an extra key in the system for it to work.

 

Thanks, yea I got it figured out, they have a module for $60 that I will use, looking forward to getting this alarm installed next weekend!

Yea it will be snowing up here in the next month so that remote start will come in handy

 

I put the 5104 system on my 09 this week does what I need and was 333 bucks installed out the door.
