Flipping around the channels last night I came across an infomercial on the "Tornado". It fits in the air intake hose in front of the trottle-body and creates a vortex effect on the air entering the TB. Presumeably, better flow of air, means more air, means increase in HP and MPG.
Has anyone else seen this thing? What do you think? Does anyone own one? And more importantly does it work?
