Tornado Air management system???

Has anyone heard of the Tornado Air Management System? Does anyone have one of these installed, and if so do you see any improvements in MPG and/or performance? Also, can this be used with aftermarket air intakes such as Air Force One? Thanks in advance.

I think the genral opinion on these is they work OK on carbed engines, but for SEFI it's a waste of money. On SEFI, think very long intake, and fuel/air not mixed until the actual cylinder. On carb, it's a short intake with the air and fuel being mixed early in the intake path.
