you can click the "Insert Image" button which is the the little square with the mountain and the sun in your Reply dialogue box or you can upload your pictures to a hosting site then get image url there.

 

ya you should ptm the bumpers but you gotta do somethin about that chrome if you do

i just right click on the picture i wanna post (has to be from the internet), click on "properties", copy that url (cause its different than the url of the page itself), then i paste it in between this---> [img][/img]
