I would fire off an E-Mail to him...he answered mine in two days, maby he would get to yours asap if yours went bad. I have a FK35 with a Troyer set-up for 2 years now without a problem. I'm only changing out now because I'm adding an electric water pump (getting a 50P35 unit) to control both.
Well, since I couldn't get any answers from the guy who was holding my money, and I had no idea when I was going to get the controller, I filed a dispute with Paypal. Not a claim, just a dispute where Paypal sends out an email to the guy. I get up this morning and find that he's refunded my money, which is great, but I can't understand why somebody who's in business to sell stuff to the public, would completely ignore the customer. You'd rather lose a sale than reply to an email? Won't give an ETA when asked? Sounds really stupid to me.
