Lowering 1/4 time
My idea is to lower my truck and get 1/4 better....
I have a 2004 extended cab 5.4L
Looking to do a lot of engine work
Help me out, what kind of upgrades will best lower time?

get some better tires and you might want to consider stepping up to a 4.10 gear. these will help out some.
with the engine: heads, cams, supercharger and inter cooler, new internals. if you can, do this all in one step so you only have to get a custom tune one time.
