I am looking for some dual beam lights to mount on a bull bar on a 2009.

Does anyone know anything about the PIAA 525s?

Any other recommendations?

 

I've got a set of 525s and I love em! In addition to the dual beams, they have a white LED that lights up the housings at night

Thanks for the reply. How difficult was the install? I have never installed anything electrical on a vehicle before. Also, did you used the supplied switch? If so, where in the cab did you put it (pics)?

Install is very simple. When I put the lights on my truck, that was my first time doing any wiring. Since then I've also hooked up AMP PowerSteps and gutted and upgraded my stereo to include 2 JL amps, 4 JL speakers and a JL sub.

Once you do a little bit of wiring you catch on pretty quick.

I did use the supplied switch and mounted it using super strong double sided tape here:
