Any one have a phone number to DC Control?
Dont see it on the web page, only the email.

Trying to figuire which kit to go with to install my Mark VIII fan with, want a good one of course, but, dont want to pay anymore than I have to. The cheapest kit they have that will work I guess Im saying.

 

the basic controller will be fine for your fan. talk to a guy named lenore, he has the same fan

 

lenore has the FK35. he hasn't reported any problems so far.

 

thats the same one i have with dual 16" fans

 

did you order you controller fordfan?

i ordered on 6/25 and haven't received mine yet. i emailed him for a tracking number when it does ship (assuming he doesn't use USPS) and he didn't respond.

 

Email support is literally nonexistent in my experience. They did include a phone number for the warranty when the controller finally arrived. I'll try to remember to post it when I get home.

90 days parts and labor from the date of purchase, they ate nearly half of that just getting it to me. I just hope its as flawless as lenore claims...

 

I think Big Slick got a busy signal with that phone number.

 

yep, but I finally got it. in my last email, i told him politely that if i didn't get a response within a week, i was contacting paypal. that finally got him to reply.
