I saw in your profile that your getting the proglass shaker hood? you got any pics...whats so special about it?

 

A couple of us on here are waiting patiently to see what it will look like. It is alleged that it is coming out this summer,it's not available yet,though.
What it is: It is a true ram air hood with the scoop being a seperate piece than the hood(ala:70's Trans Am) I've just seen the Chevy version,and it is a Trans Am scoop,facing the windshield. Hopefully the Ford version will use a forward facing version,as Ford has never used a rear facing scoop,that I know of? There is an Explorer Sport Trac by Air Ride Technologies,that has the 60's Mustang Cobra Jet style scoop,and I hope that is what they will use for the full size Fords.
There is a styling method going on,where trucks are being styled like their 60's and 70's muscle car counterparts. I think it's really the fact that trucks are becoming more popular than cars(IMO) and some owners want the muscle car styling on their trucks. I can't wait,,,,,98
