Pulleys For 5.4L
I have a few questions about these. How much power can i expect? Who makes good ones?

HI!... ONEBADCREWX4 : I installed ASP power pulleys on my 5.4 truck and like them very much. I bought the 2 peice set. Crank/water pump pulleys. Stay away from the 3 peice sets if you can. You will run into charging problems with them sometimes. The 2 peice set is worth about 7-10H.P at the flywheel.You can purchace the ASP pulleys from ROGER LEMERE here online from the F-150 ONLINE STORE. Hope this helps you out.

HI!... CYCLONE : It is very easy to do. You will need a crank pulley puller though. I did my entire install in about a 1/2 an hour.
