Post Outland Sport Bar on Superduty - Help!

I recently purchased the "no-drill" installs in 30 minutes Smittybuild Outland Sport Bar.

Well, the first 30 minutes went to assembling the bar itself (which was nice and straight forward).

Turns out if you have a Superduty, you have to drill... for two bolts, on the inside of the tow hooks.

The drilling wasn't really any big deal. And on the passenger side, I was able to get my hand up to the bolts (from underneath) to put on the washers and bolts.

Unfortunately, I started on the passenger side, and not the drivers side. On the driver's side, the radiator blocks access to the bolts. I am not able to get to the bolts from the top, side or bottom.

The side is blocked by both the factory fog and license plate bracket.

Has anyone else encountered the same? How did you gain access to the driver side bolts (on the side of the tow hook closest to the center)?

Any information or suggestion is appreciated. I'm thinking I'll have to remove the factory fog on that side (anyone know what that involves)?

Thanks!

Did you get it installed? If so, I (and probably a few others) would appreciate any insight you've gain. How about some pics?

Nomo,

While I haven't gotten it installed yet, I did get a number for Smittybuilt technical support. I'm hoping to call them today.

I tried to take some before pictures, and I will take some "during" pictures this weekend.

As soon as I get this figured out, I will definitely post my lessons learned.

I do fear, however, that I may have to refer this one out to the shop to finish up. I'll know more in a day or two.
