Backup sensor in the bumper. Any suggestions?

Since I have to replace my bumper after an uninsured driver hit me, I'd like to install a backup sensor in my 2004 F150 new-style truck. I plan on ordering a Ford OEM bumper that already has the holes drilled for the sensors. Once it's installed, I plan to add a backup system to tell me how close I am to things behind.

Does anyone have any experience with any particular brand? I've seen some pretty cruddy things sold out there for this, and I want to buy something decent. Does anyone also know if the bumper hole sizes are standard, or is it going to be difficult to find something to fit in the Ford bumper? Ford's parts for the backup system are out of sight (almost $600), so I'm looking toward aftermarket for the system.

Thanks
