My son just acquired a very base '05 F150 XL work truck for his first car. We knew going in that it lacked the normal creature comfort options (pw, pl, cruise etc) but it's a much nicer rig than he planned to get for a first car. The only item I really wish it had was remote power side mirrors. I've found a conversion kit available but the mirror appears about half the size of the stock ones. Does anyone have experience buying and installing power mirrors where manuals existed? Thanks!
