Underdrive Pulleys?

Anyone have any feedback, info, or comments on undrive pulleys for an 05 5.4? Thinking about getting some and thought I'd do a little homework. Thanks in advance!

I put a set on my 07 Mustang GT and picked up some milage, no problems with A/C or overheating, I'm thinking about putting them on my 04 F-150 5.4, anything to help milage !

they will make your power steering a bit weak and your power windows (if you have them) slow at idle but other than that no problems unless you are adding a supercharger

It's more less a coating done to metal to help protect against wear or corrosion, some people call it fused nitrate.

I think it really depends on the vehicle. I noticed a big difference in my 5.0 Mustang but with the truck I'm really not sure about big hp improvements. It could be all the extra weight (compared to my car) but I did notice that the truck seemed to shift less going up slight inclines (at the same speed) where it would down shift prior. The thing that makes it difficult is these are pricey because you are replacing the harmonic balancer where on my 5.0 they were about $50-$60 (crank pulley, water pump pulley, alt pulley). Troyer claims decent hp gains on the dyno and they seem to be somewhat close to real world numbers. I guess it comes down to what you like, I like underdrives and wouldn't hesitate to put them on any of my vehicles but others claim nothing but headaches.
