Anyone ever use a throttle body spacer on an 05 5.4?

 

the only thing they do is make a whistleing noise

 

thanks, I had heard that they are mostly a gimmick

 

even an airraid rep couldnt justifie any gains with it
all he could say was that it increases low end torque and some have claimed better gas milage- only reason i got one was because i got it one employee discount for real cheap-whistle kinda makes it sound like you got a turbo under the hood-kinda cool have people in the vehicle next to you look towards the front of the truck, look at you, back at the front of the truck then look away with weird look
