Does anyone know if you can run this particular part on our motors? (Mine is a 4.6)

The intake will work if you have the P.I. heads on your truck. We bolted a Professional Products "Typhoon" intake to my friends 2001 Mustang GT w/4.6 and he offered up his old factory intake to me,but after e-mailing several intake companies,they all told me the same thing,you need the P.I. heads to make this swap work.It truly sucks that with the millions of Ford trucks that are in service,nobody makes an upgraded intake for our application for the 4.6 or 5.4.I've even inquired about upgraded intake elbows,nobody makes an upgraded version for our application.I dont know if any company ever will,oh well just rambling and thinking out loud.Sorry couldn't be more helpful.
