Extra fuel storage...

I camp WAY out there sometimes and run short on fuel, and don't like the idea of refilling from gas cans. I don't have a clue where to look for some kind extra fuel tank or similar alternative. Anybody have ideas?

Yeah, that would be great! Now if I only had an F350 long bed to put it in.

I've actually found several along those lines. I was hoping to find something a little (LOT) smaller.

They're called "slip tanks" and depending on how much fuel you want to carry, you can select which size you want.

Here is Enviroslip's recommendations for Ford trucks:

Be sure whatever you get is rated for gasoline and not diesel. Lots of these tanks folks refer to are for diesel fuel only and are not rated for gasoline.

They have smaller ones I think 38 gallons. Go to www.truckaddons.com they have them for cheap and all you have to do is select the GAS version. One of my friends has a 98 Gallon on his 350 duelly that thing is nuts, but he is a farmer so he doesn't have time to go to the pump every two days. It last him quite a while lol. Also the weight with that 98 gallon's is immense but I doubt he has ever filled it to the top. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know how many gallons one of the smaller ones could hold?
