I think that looks like a PRO -COMP or **** Cepek model Prerunner replacement bumper with light bar. I know They both also sell the light bar that bolts to the factory bumper also. if you notice the skid plate also?
Nice, It also looks like reaper racing out of CA made that truck, look them up on a SEMA page if you can .

Well, **** Cepek, from what I have heard is out of buisness and the Pro-Comp site is: www.explorerprocomp.com. Don't think they make one for The Ford though. Fierce Motorsports makes one, which is in one of the latest 4x4 mags(not sure which one), there phone # is: 1-877-9-Fierce, don't think they have a web site. I bought mine from Fly-N-HI Offroad Center and then modified it.

Mods:
K&N Filtercharger, JVC 50W x4 cd player w/remote
Future mods:
K&N catback or Jardine, Pace Edward's roll top cover, Herculiner, Tighten torsion bar 1" and add a leaf rear, largest tires possible on stock 17" rims.
