Yes that is true.....i ordered mine online from one of the local ford dealers and got a additional 25% off though...and the box of fasteners (16) came in a box seperate....Make it look 100% cleaner.....DAVE

what's their function?

 

(1) cleaner look under your hood
(2) hood not as hot after running
(3) maybe less motor noise

I like it, thats all..and it was a fairly cheap upgrade.....Dave
