Throttle body spacers

Do they really work? If so, what did you notice? Which one is best?

I have a 2000 F-150 4x4 5.4L.

junk,junk,junk, i took my poweraid off and made it a 75mm spacer,it was a round 50 to 55mm so it stoped the air more then anything,it works good now '''look what i had to do to it"""
