Projection Headlights

Hey fellas,

I bought projection HALO headlights from the F150Store.com, they look real good, only one problem. ABSOLUTELY NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS!!!!! Anyone have a CLUE as to what I am supposed to wire, and how? I know a little, but I am hesitant because I do not want to ruin my perfectly good truck. Thanks

If my memory serves me correctly, the only thing you have to wire is the halo's and the LED's across the bottom, if yours has those. The headlight themselves utilizes your factory plug. I wired my halos into my parking lamps. I would suggest soldering the wires and using heat shrink for this install. You can, however, just run wires to a mounted switch (that you install) inside your cab then to a power source. Might be easier. Good Luck

I did the same as COBO3STX and wired them into my parking lamps with bullet connectors so that they could be removed easily. connect the red and green wires to power, and the black wires to the ground in the turn signal harness. i'm not quite sure but i think that the constant filiment for parking lamps is a light green wire in the center on the driver's side. just solder about a 4 inch piece of wire to the wires in the truck so you can add the bullet connectors. make sure that you make the power wires are female bullet connectors in the truck so it doesn't accidentally ground and create a short.
