9mm FMS Wires Installed
It was a damp cold day so I decided to install my new 9MM FMS plug wires. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. On the passengers side I pulled back the wire harness, oil filler cap, and PCV valve easy access to plug wires. The drivers side was more of a challenge, removed power steering pump bracket, the vacuum assembly and moved the speedo cables. Did it all in about 2½ hors taking my time and carefully routing one wire at a time.
The result is a much smoother idle and nice throttle response that complements all my other modifications. This will be my last engine mod for a long time, maybe my next move will be a Super Charger. Not till after my 36K mfg warranty is up though.

I have a couple of questions? How do you like the Accel Coil Packs and how much were they? Do you recommend the coil packs? The reason I am asking is because I think that is the only thing that I would like to do my engine, plus new wires and plugs of course (New heads wouldn't hurt either but too much money for the hp gain). I am just going to wait until I get all of them. It's going to be a pain to remove all of the parts you mentioned and plus the supercharger. Thanks

jackhel,
The coil packs where $105.00 per pair and only give a 11% increase over stock. For a Supercharger you would be better of with a DIS Ignition system(MSD or Jacobson) and the stock coils. The wires are nice and fit real well, they are 1000 ohms per ft resistance compared to the stock at 4000 - 6000 ohms per ft.
