Underdrive pulleys/E-fans

Underdrive pulleys/E-fans
I wanna know...
I don't race my V-6 F-150, and I don't really drive it hard (sometimes I do, sometimes not). Do you think that UD pulleys and/or E-fans will help?
I know that for heavy usage, towing, and racing, etc. that these are good mods, but will they be a total waste of time for me?
