I prefer the factory and would get them if you can. My truck did not have them and I like these as an alternative.

I checked Ford.com and went to build and price your own F-150, And they say that the fog lamps are a $140 dollar package

Does anyone know if they would actually cost that much If I went to Ford right now and asked them to install fog lamps. I'm too lazy to pick up the phone lol

If you are installing factory fogs on a truck without fog lamps, it will cost much more. Bumper has to be replaced as well as the light switch.

You can also buy the kit from the dealership.. it includes the lights, the lower valance for the bumper and the wiring harness... you can order it, or have it done at the factory..,.... or just buy the kit.. and do it yourself so you save the cost of the labor....if you're buying a new vehicle.. they'll probably cut the labor off and do it for free.
