Post Any tips or tricks for installing a Superchip and Gibson sweptside exhaust?

Now I know that anxious feeling everyone has talked about waiting for thier Superchip and exhaust. Christmas is so close, yet so far away. Boy was santa, and the girlfriend ever good to me this year. 8-) Does anyone have and good tips or tricks for instalation of the Superchip and Gibson. Mike T. has already given me a few ideas. Have any of you other folks out there come up with some suggestions to make instalation easier or more effective.
Thanks in advance for your help.

(yes I have been snooping around under the christmas tree.)

Jason Langston,

As far as installing your Gibson sideswept, I found that a big screwdriver and a can of WD-40 is very helpful in removing your stock exhaust from the rubber hangers...

Also, ready a couple of your favorite choice expletives too...

-kindest regards

Dealing with the Gibson, make sure you cut off the correct amount of pipe behind the catalytic converter. I didn't at first and had to take the whole darn thing down and do it again. You will like the performance you get from it, that is for sure!

Dealing with the SuperChip, make sure you clean the computer connects adequately. Also, tape the chip to the computer this way it does not disconnect on you while driving down a bumpy road...

Just my $0.02 cents...

Take care...

$40 and an appointment at Midas! The guy that did my ST used a three foot long crow bar for the hanger dislodge. He cut the old clamp off that joined the stock system to the cat. and popped it right off. Then he just slipped the Gibson right in place. Used the crow bar again to pop the hangers back in and tightend the clamps down. Took him 15 minutes start to finish and he had never done one of these before. Made me sorry I had not done it myself but...course he had a lift too.
