Question opening up air box

What is the best way to free up the air flow in my 2000 5.4 f150?

There is lenghty discussion re airbox mods on this site. Find the thread and read on...several pages involved. Basically you can gut the original elbow (as described in thread) or buy aftermarket unit. Either way, its an easy mod that produces good results.

Future mods: 2/4 lowering, bra and some Roush stuff.

I just ordered a Western Motorsports Velocity tube for my truck. $89.00 US. I like it because it keeps the stock air cleaner, keeping the air cooler than the K&N, or the Airraid unit. http://www.wmsracing.com/new.html
