I did a search but could not find what I was looking for.. I bought 5 inch chrome running boards from the dealear and installed them on my truck to save some money. I have a 05 F150 supercab and installed them but I had extra hardware leftover (the bolts and clips for another bracket on each side). I was looking at my buddies truck with the same running boards and he has 3 brackets on each side of the truck to hold his running boards on. Well I only have 2 brackets on each side. Was I supposed to have 3 brackets on each side? Im kind of upset because his feel stronger when you stand on them then mine. I want to know b4 I go to the dealer and question them about it?
