Backup Sensors

I'm planning on adding some type of a backup sensor for my 04 Supercrew. Anyone have any suggestions?

Rain.. I installed the Parking-E system from Quanan Technologies over 2+ years ago - Stratus Group (FL) used to distribute it under the "Parking-E' name, but it looks like they now private label the exact same system under "Stratus Group" http://www.stratusgroupsite.com/

What it great about it is the digital display showing you distance to object and where it is behind you (left, center, right)... it also includes an audio beeper as well...

Install wasn't too difficult on my 02 King Ranch 4x4.... I drilled four holes into the bumper with the bit that came with the kit and there were no problems... only thing I remember that was a little bit of a pain was routing the wiring efficiently.

I'd highly recommend it... it's worked great for over 2 years.

Hey Mike,

Thanks...

I just got my 04 Screw and will be posting some pics...i've already dropped about 5K into it....so I'd rather avoid backing into something...

LOL.... just be sure to get one BEFORE you back into something.... I backed into an Acura Legend in a hospital parking garage about 7 months after buying my truck.... $1300 in damage to the Legend.... have been paying about a $1000 surcharge on insurance the last 3 years because of it.... (Essex County in NJ has some of the worst rates in the country)...

3 weeks later, I installed the Parking-E system...
