Help! Where's my Crimestopper unit?

I bought an '01 F150 used which had a crimestopper keyless entry/remote start key fob.

The remote start works pretty good, but I was looking for the antenna to see if I could increase the range.

The only problem is...I can't find the actual Crimestopper unit. I've "glanced" beneath the dash, and I've studied the interior of the engine compartment, especially near the firewall. I can't find it.

Can anyone who's installed one of these units tell me where I might locate it. If it interfaces with the vehicles power locks, etc...there has to be a known point that it plugs into, right?

Thanks,
Corey

The most common place for security devices in an F150 is the area behind the Headlight switch. You can see/feel it by laying upside down on the driver floor, reaching to the right of the steering shaft and feeling for the empty (or filled with a box) space. Aim toward the headlight switch.
The powerlock wires are right there as well toward the outside.
