I'm considering purchasing my first pickup truck, and the one I'm looking at is a 2002 F150 4 x 4 with the 4.2 L V6, manual transmission, and painted on the rear quarter-panels is "Northwest Limited Edition." Can anybody explain what "Northwest Limited Edition" meant in 2002? I can't seem to find any information about it online. Picture below.
