I have a '98 F-150 with the 4.6-Liter. Like many other Fords from my truck's era, my exhaust is leaking. One of the manifold bolt-heads have rotted off, the remaining bolt heads have lost their original shape, the EGR-tube has rotted and 2 of the 4 manifold studs which hold the y-pipe to the manifolds have rotted.

I am wondering if anyone has had a plesant experience at any exhaust shops in the NE-Ohio area as far a the replacement of manifolds and the EGR tube? If so, what was the cost of labor?

Looking to replace the manifolds with headers or new manifolds with stainless hardware and a new EGR Tube.
