Does anyone have a snow plow on their F150? Any problems? How much for a whole setup?

I have a 05 screw with a Boss 7' sport duty plow. I've had it for 2.5 yrs. with no mechanical problems on the truck or plow. The only problem I have is that the 7' plow is a little small for the truck. When I brought the plow Boss did not make a plow any bigger for the F-150 screw, now they make 7.5'. Do NOT buy anything smaller than a 7.5' plow an 8' would be great but I don't think anybody makes an 8' for our truck. as for how much I use it I live on a private road with 3 house on it. I plow the road and 3 driveways and 4 other driveways. Oh the cost of the plow was about $3,800 installed.

I had a Fisher 7.5' light duty plow on my 03 and never had any issues with the truck. Will say, a couple dealers gave me a load of crap come trade in time because the trucks not rated for a plow. Basically, they wanted to drop the trade in value in half. Sold it privately so it ended up ok, but just be warned you may run into more BS at trade time.

Came off my 07 f-150 supercrew. 3 months old. it's an western midweight 7.6" with backdrag edge. will let the whole thing go for $4000.00. Used about 7 times. It's a poly blade also, will never rust. That the plow, mounts, and wiring, ultra mount set up.
