It's about time but not enough
now they should tow any vehicle without proper insurance id, there are too many vechiles in NJ without insurance and this would be a good way to get them off the road. Every time someone gets hit, it's usually an uninsured driver and thats what makes my rates go up.
I can't understand why the police would allow an uninsured driver on the road, the proof is no card. Tow it if there is no proper id
