I have a 2014 expedition with a factory radio I brought a used 2014 factory radio with navigation when I installed it all the plugs where the same but it seem that the front speaker are not working just the rear ones everything else seem to work and I believe I have to do some work to get the gps to work I have the vin no /do you have any ideas thanks john

 

Are you sure you didn't bend a pin when plugging it in?
